العمل غير المطابق هو أي نشاط مخبري أو نتيجة لا تتوافق مع إجراءات المختبر أو متطلبات المستخدم، وتطلب ISO 15189:2022 إجراءً موثقاً للتعامل معه. عند اكتشاف معايرة خاطئة للكالسيوم مثلاً، يُوقف إصدار النتائج ويُقيَّم أثرها على التقارير السابقة ويُبلَّغ الأطباء إن لزم ويُصدر تقرير مصحح.
Definition
Nonconforming work is any laboratory activity or result that does not conform to the lab's procedures or to user requirements, and ISO 15189:2022 requires a documented process to handle it. If a faulty calcium calibration is found, reporting stops, the effect on earlier reports is assessed, clinicians are told where needed and corrected reports are issued.
