اللجنة المركزية للمخابر هيئة تابعة لوزارة الصحة السورية تضع المواصفات الخاصة بالمخابر. يرجع إليها المخبر السوري لمعرفة المواصفات المطلوبة منه، ومن المفيد أن يربط نظام إدارة الجودة في المخبر كل متطلب تصدره اللجنة بالإجراء الداخلي الذي يلبيه.
