بدأت الحكاية في دمشق عام ١٩٨٧، حين أسّس حسام الرفاعي وكالةً لجلب أفضل ما في العالم من أجهزة ومستلزمات التشخيص إلى مختبرات سوريا. وعلى مدى أربعة عقود، بُنيت الثقة اسماً اسماً: تمثيلٌ لكبرى الشركات العالمية، ووقوفٌ خلف كل جهاز بالخدمة والدعم في كل محافظة.The story began in Damascus in 1987, when Housam Al-Refai built an agency to bring the world's best diagnostic instruments and supplies to Syria's laboratories. Over four decades, trust was earned one name at a time: representing leading international manufacturers, and standing behind every instrument with service and support, in every governorate.

واليوم يفتح ابنه، عدنان الرفاعي، أخصائي العلوم الحيوية الطبية (MIBMS)، فصلاً جديداً. فمن خلال POCTIFY LTD في المملكة المتحدة، يضيف إلى هذا الإرث تقنياتٍ حديثة وأنظمة جودة وتعليماً عربياً مفتوحاً.Today his son, Adnan Al-Refai, a biomedical scientist (MIBMS), opens a new chapter. Through POCTIFY LTD in the United Kingdom, he brings modern technology, quality systems, and open Arabic education to that heritage.
