ما الذي نجمعهWhat we collect
عند تعبئة نموذج التواصل، نجمع اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم واتساب، ومدينتك واسم مختبرك إن أضفتهما، ورسالتك، لغرض الرد عليك. أما نموذج النشرة فموضّح في قسم النشرة أدناه.When you complete the contact form, we collect your name, your email or WhatsApp number, your city and workplace if you add them, and your message, for the purpose of replying to you. The newsletter form is described in the newsletter section below.
عند طلب عرض سعر أو طلب خدمة، نجمع البيانات نفسها، إضافةً إلى ما تختاره أو تكتبه عن الفئة والجهاز والكمية والتوقيت ونوع الخدمة، لغرض إعداد العرض أو ترتيب الخدمة والتواصل معك بشأنها. ونموذج طلب المنتج يجمع البيانات نفسها مع اسم المنتج والشركة والكمية والتوقيت، ونحتفظ به حتى يتوفر المنتج أو تطلب حذفه. لا نضيفك إلى النشرة من خلال هذه النماذج.When you request a quote or a service, we collect the same details, plus what you choose or write about the category, instrument, quantity, timing and type of service, to prepare the offer or arrange the service and contact you about it. The product-request form collects the same details plus the item, brand, quantity and timing, and we keep the request until the item is available or you ask us to delete it. These forms do not add you to the newsletter.

نشرة لاب سورياThe LabSyria newsletter
عند الاشتراك في النشرة نجمع اسمك، ورقم واتساب أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو كليهما، ومدينتك، ويمكنك اختيارياً إضافة اسم مختبرك أو مكان عملك وصفتك المهنية. ونسجّل أيضاً الصفحة التي اشتركت منها وموافقتك على الاشتراك.When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your name, your WhatsApp number or email address or both, and your city. You may also add your laboratory or workplace and your role. We also record the page you subscribed from and your consent.
نستخدم هذه البيانات لإرسال النشرة إليك، وللرد عليك إذا راسلتنا، ولفهم المدن والصفات المهنية التي نخدمها كي نكتب محتوى يناسبها.We use this data to send you the newsletter, to reply when you write to us, and to understand which cities and roles we serve so that the content suits them.
تُرسل بيانات النموذج بالبريد الإلكتروني إلى فريق لاب سوريا على info@labsyria.com عبر خدمة إرسال النماذج FormSubmit. لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر.The form is sent by email to the LabSyria team at info@labsyria.com through the FormSubmit form service. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
لإلغاء الاشتراك أرسل كلمة STOP ردّاً على أي رسالة منا على واتساب، أو راسلنا على info@labsyria.com، وسنحذف بياناتك من قائمة النشرة.To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, or email info@labsyria.com, and we will remove your details from the newsletter list.

ينطبق هذا القسم على تطبيق لاب سوريا على iOS و Android. التطبيق مجاني، ولا يتطلب تسجيل دخول، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع ولا أدوات تحليل استخدام.This section applies to the LabSyria app on iOS and Android. The app is free, requires no sign-in, and contains no advertising, no tracking, and no usage analytics.
ما يبقى على جهازكWhat stays on your device
تقدّمك في الدورات ونتائج الاختبارات والشهادات التي حصلت عليها والمقالات المحفوظة وتفضيلات اللغة والمظهر، كلها تُحفظ في ذاكرة التطبيق على جهازك فقط. لا تُرسل إلينا، وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق. جميع الأدوات الحسابية (ليفي-جينينغز، محوّل الوحدات، الحاسبات السريرية، القيم المرجعية) تعمل على جهازك دون إرسال أي شيء.Your course progress, quiz results, issued certificates, saved articles, and your language and theme preferences are stored in the app on your device only. They are not sent to us, and they are removed when you delete the app. Every calculation tool (Levey-Jennings, unit converter, clinical calculators, reference ranges) runs on your device and sends nothing.

نموذج التواصل وطلب الشهادة: يُرسل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورسالتك إلى info@labsyria.com، وذلك فقط عندما ترسل النموذج بنفسك.Contact form and certificate request: your name, email, and message are sent to info@labsyria.com, and only when you submit the form yourself.
مساعد المختبر: عندما تطرح سؤالاً، يُرسل نص سؤالك ومحادثتك الحالية إلى خادم لاب سوريا ومنه إلى مزوّد نموذج لغوي (Anthropic) لتوليد الإجابة. لا يُرفق باسمك ولا ببريدك الإلكتروني ولا بمعرّف جهازك. لا نحتفظ بنص أسئلتك بعد إرسال الإجابة، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب أي نموذج. نحتفظ بعدّاد استخدام مجهول (رقم عشوائي مشتق من عنوان الشبكة مع ملح يومي) للحد من الإساءة فقط، ولا يمكن الرجوع منه إليك. لا ترسل معلومات تخصّ مريضاً بعينه إلى المساعد.The lab assistant: when you ask a question, the text of your question and the current conversation is sent to the LabSyria server and on to a language-model provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer. It is not attached to your name, your email, or your device identifier. We do not retain your question text after the answer is returned, and it is not used to train any model. We keep an anonymous usage counter (a one-way hash of the network address with a daily salt) purely to limit abuse; it cannot be traced back to you. Do not send information about an identifiable patient to the assistant.

ما لا نجمعهWhat we do not collect
لا نجمع موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا أي بيانات صحية ولا معرّفات إعلانية ولا معرّف جهازك ولا سجلات الأعطال. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أداة إعلانات أو تحليلات من طرف ثالث.We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, any health data, advertising identifiers, your device identifier, or crash logs. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.
التطبيق موجّه لأخصائيي المختبرات وطلابها، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال.The app is intended for laboratory professionals and students, and is not directed at children.
التطبيق للتعليم والتطوير المهني. ليس جهازاً طبياً ولا أداة تشخيص.The app is for education and professional development. It is not a medical device and not a diagnostic tool.
