البنك الدولي يعتمد ٧٥ مليون دولار لتعافي النظام الصحي السوريWorld Bank approves US$75 million for Syria’s health system

ضمن تمويل بقيمة ٢٢٥ مليون دولار للمياه والصحة يفيد نحو ٤٫٥ مليون سوري، خُصِّص مشروع تعافي وتعزيز النظام الصحي بـ٧٥ مليون دولار. يستهدف المشروع استعادة الرعاية الأولية وخدمات صحة الأم والوليد والطفل والتغذية في ١٥٠ مركز رعاية أولية عالي الأثر، وتعزيز قدرات الصحة العامة والتأهّب للجوائح.As part of US$225 million in water and health financing benefiting about 4.5 million Syrians, the Syria Health System Recovery and Strengthening Project is funded at US$75 million. It targets restoring primary care and maternal, newborn and child health and nutrition services in 150 high-impact primary health care centers, and strengthening public-health and pandemic-preparedness capacity.

معرض سيريان ميديكير ٢٠٢٦ يجمع أكثر من ١٠٠ شركة في دمشقSyrian Medicare 2026 draws 100+ companies to Damascus

أُقيمت الدورة التاسعة عشرة من معرض سيريان ميديكير بين ٢٣ و٢٦ حزيران ٢٠٢٦ في مدينة المعارض بدمشق برعاية وزارة الصحة وتنظيم UIEC، بمشاركة أكثر من ١٠٠ شركة محلية وعربية وأجنبية و٣٦٥ وكالة من ٣٧ دولة. وعرض المشاركون الأجهزة الطبية والمخبرية والصناعات الدوائية ومستلزمات المشافي.The 19th Syrian Medicare exhibition ran 23 to 26 June 2026 at the Damascus Fairgrounds under Ministry of Health patronage, organized by UIEC, with over 100 local, Arab and foreign companies and 365 agencies from 37 countries. Exhibitors showed medical, laboratory and dental equipment, pharmaceutical industries and hospital supplies.

الاتحاد الأوروبي يقدّم ٨ ملايين يورو لدعم الرعاية الصحية الأوليةEU commits EUR 8 million to Syria’s primary health care

أعلن الاتحاد الأوروبي تمويلاً جديداً بقيمة ٨ ملايين يورو لتعزيز الرعاية الصحية الأولية ودعم تعافي النظام الصحي، منها مليون يورو لمنظمة الصحة العالمية و٧ ملايين يورو للمنظمة الإيطالية غير الحكومية Un Ponte Per.The European Union announced EUR 8 million in new funding to strengthen primary health care and support health-system recovery, including EUR 1 million to the World Health Organization and EUR 7 million to the Italian NGO Un Ponte Per.

إطلاق الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية للصحة ٢٠٢٦–٢٠٢٨Syria launches its National Health Strategy 2026–2028

أطلقت وزارة الصحة بالتعاون مع هيئة التخطيط والإحصاء الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية للصحة في دمشق، بهدف بناء نظام صحي موحّد وعادل ومستدام وتوزيع الخدمات على جميع المحافظات. وتضع الخطة تأمين الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية في صميم الأمن الصحي، وترفع الإنفاق الحكومي على الصحة من نحو ٧٫٨٪ إلى نحو ١٠٫٣٪ بحلول ٢٠٣٠.The Ministry of Health, with the Planning and Statistics Authority, launched the plan in Damascus to build a unified, equitable and sustainable health system with services distributed across all governorates. It places securing medicines and medical supplies at the core of health security and aims to raise government health spending from about 7.8% to about 10.3% by 2030.

رفع العقوبات يفتح مسارات استيراد الأجهزة والكواشف الطبيةSanctions relief reopens medical device and reagent imports

رفعت الولايات المتحدة معظم العقوبات عن سوريا اعتباراً من ١ تموز ٢٠٢٥، ويجوز إرسال الغذاء والدواء دون ترخيص خاص، مع مراجعة صادرات الاستخدام المدني وفق افتراض الموافقة. وأُلغي قانون قيصر رسمياً في ١٨ كانون الأول ٢٠٢٥، فيما رفع الاتحاد الأوروبي كامل عقوباته الاقتصادية في ٢٠ أيار ٢٠٢٥.The United States removed most sanctions on Syria effective 1 July 2025; food and medicine may be sent without a specific license, and civilian-use exports are reviewed under a presumption of approval. The Caesar Act was formally repealed on 18 December 2025, and the EU lifted all economic sanctions on 20 May 2025.

تعمل وزارة الصحة على تأسيس هيئة وطنية للدواء والغذاء على غرار المؤسسة الأردنية العامة للغذاء والدواء، لتنظيم القطاع الدوائي وتعزيز الرقابة وفق المعايير الدولية، ودعم الإنتاج المحلي وتقليل نقص الأدوية الحيوية.The Ministry of Health is working to establish a national drug and food authority modeled on the Jordan Food and Drug Administration, to regulate the pharmaceutical sector and strengthen oversight to international standards, support domestic production and reduce shortages of vital medicines.
