نظام معلومات مختبر مبني للمختبرات السورية: من تسجيل المريض وإصدار الإيصال، إلى النتائج من الأجهزة، إلى تقرير موقّع يصل المريض على هاتفه، إلى الإحالات بين المختبرات والحسابات. يعمل على حاسوب المختبر نفسه، ويستمر حين تنقطع الكهرباء أو الإنترنت.A laboratory information system built for laboratories in Syria: from registering the patient and issuing the receipt, to results from the analysers, to a signed report the patient opens on a phone, to referrals between laboratories and the accounts. It runs on the laboratory's own PC and carries on through power cuts and lost connections.

الاستقبال والطلبReception and the order
يجد الاستقبال المريض برقم الهاتف أو يسجّله، ويختار الفحوص أو اللوحات بأسعارها بالليرة بسعر صرف اليوم. نقداً أو سيرياتيل كاش أو على حساب جهة. ضغطة واحدة تُصدر الفاتورة والإيصال وملصقاً لكل أنبوب.Reception finds the patient by phone number or registers them, picks tests or panels priced in pounds at today's rate, and takes cash, Syriatel Cash or an account payment. One click issues the invoice, the receipt and a label for every tube.
الأنابيب والملصقاتTubes and labels
لكل أنبوب رمز شريطي ورمز QR على ملصق 50 في 25 مم. حقل المسح في أعلى كل شاشة يفتح الشاشة الصحيحة. كل انتقال للأنبوب يُكتب في سلسلة عهدة لا تُعدَّل، والرفض قبل التحليل يُسجَّل بسبب من القائمة المعتمدة.Every tube gets a barcode and a QR code on a 50 by 25 mm label. The scan field at the top of every screen opens the right one. Every move of a tube is written to a custody chain that cannot be edited, and rejection before analysis is recorded with a reason from the standard list.
النتائجResults
الأجهزة ترسل نتائجها مباشرة إلى ملف المريض مطابقةً برمز الأنبوب، ومعها الجهاز والمشغّل ودفعة الكاشف. النتائج اليدوية تُدخل في جدول تكون فيه الفحوص ومجالاتها جاهزة، أو في ورقة عمل لفحص واحد عبر كل الزيارات.Analysers send results straight into the patient's file, matched by the tube barcode, with the analyser, the operator and the reagent lot attached. Manual results go into a table with the tests and their ranges ready, or onto a worksheet for one test across every visit.
التحقق والتوقيعChecks and signature
قبل التوقيع يفحص النظام: فحوص محسوبة وانعكاسية، وفروقاً كبيرة عن آخر نتيجة، وقيماً حرجة تنتظر إقراراً، وبوابة ضبط جودة ترفض التوقيع إن كان الجهاز موقوفاً أو فشل آخر ضبط. الموقّع يرى كل نتيجة أمام مجالها وقيمتها السابقة.Before signing, the system checks: calculated and reflex tests, large changes from the last result, critical values awaiting acknowledgement, and a quality gate that refuses the signature while an analyser is locked out or its last control failed. The signer sees every result against its range and previous value.

تقرير بلغتين: شعار المختبر، ملخّص ما خرج عن المجال، كل نتيجة مع مجالها وشريط يبيّن موقعها وقيمتها السابقة، والزراعات بجدول. رمز شريطي لرقم القيد، ورمز QR لنتائج الزيارة على الهاتف، ورمز آخر للتحقق من أن النسخة أصلية.A bilingual report: the laboratory's logo, a summary of what is out of range, every result with its range, a bar showing where it sits and its previous value, cultures as a table. A barcode of the accession, a QR code for the visit's results on a phone, and another to check that the copy is genuine.
النتائج على الهاتفResults on the phone
يفتح المريض صفحة النتائج بالرمز المطبوع على الإيصال وتاريخ ميلاده، أو يمسح رمز التقرير. قبل الاعتماد يرى مراحل الفحص وموعد النتيجة المتوقع. بعده يقرأ النتائج، ويفتح التقرير ويحفظه ويشاركه مع طبيبه.The patient opens the results page with the code on the receipt and a date of birth, or scans the code on the report. Before signing they see the steps and when to expect the result; after it they read the results and open, save and share the report with their doctor.

هوية العيّنة وسلسلة العهدةSpecimen identity and custody
لكل أنبوب معرّف فريد لا يتكرر بين المختبرات، وكل انتقال له مسجّل بالوقت والشخص.Every tube has an identifier that never repeats across laboratories, and every move is recorded with the time and the person.
في النظام:In the system: سلسلة عهدة مترابطة لا تُعدَّل، ورفض بسبب معتمد، وأماكن حفظ ومدد احتفاظ.A linked custody chain that cannot be edited, rejection with a standard reason, storage places and retention periods.
ضبط الجودة شرطاً للإفراجQuality control as a condition of release
لا يُوقَّع تقرير من جهاز موقوف أو فشل ضبطه، ولا يمرّ تغيير دفعة كاشف من غير ضبط جديد.No report is signed from a locked-out analyser or one whose control failed, and no reagent lot changes without a new control.

المسؤولية والتوقيعResponsibility and the signature
لكل عامل حساب بصلاحياته، والتوقيع باسم من وقّع، والتعديل بعد الاعتماد بسبب مسجّل والنسخة الأولى محفوظة.Every member of staff has an account with their permissions, the signature is under the signer's name, and an amendment after signing carries a reason with the first version kept.
في النظام:In the system: أدوار الاستقبال والفني والمعتمِد والمدير، سجل تدقيق لا يُحذف منه شيء، واسم الحاسوب مع كل إجراء.Roles for reception, technician, signer and manager, an audit trail nothing is deleted from, and the workstation's name with every action.
حماية بيانات المرضىPatient data protection
البيانات على قرص المختبر، لا في خدمة خارجية. الوصول بحساب وصلاحية، ورمز الاستعلام محفوظ بصورة لا تُقرأ.Data on the laboratory's disk, in no external service. Access by account and permission, and the retrieval code stored in a form nobody can read back.
في النظام:In the system: نسخة احتياطية مشفّرة كل ليلة، تحقق منها بضغطة، وصفحة تحقق من التقرير لا تعرض أي نتيجة.An encrypted backup every night, verified with one click, and a report check page that shows no result.
تقارير يمكن التحقق منهاReports anyone can verify
كل تقرير موقّع يحمل رمزاً يؤكد لأي جهة أن الورقة هي النسخة المعتمدة الحالية، من غير أن يرى شيئاً من محتواها.Every signed report carries a code that confirms to any party that the paper is the current signed version, without showing any of its content.

ما لا يُقاس لا يُدار: زمن الإنجاز لكل فحص، ونسبة الرفض، ونسبة نجاح الضبط، والعمل حسب الطبيب المحيل.What is not measured is not managed: turnaround per test, rejection rate, control pass rate, work by referring doctor.

الإحالة إلى المختبر المرجعي بضغطةReferral to the reference laboratory in one click
حين يضم الطلب فحصاً يُجرى في مختبر آخر، تُنشأ الإحالة تلقائياً كملف موقّع يرافق الأنابيب على ذاكرة USB أو عبر واتساب، أو يُرسل عبر مركز لاب سوريا حين يكون المختبر مربوطاً. يستقبله المختبر المرجعي كزيارة خاصة به، وحين يوقّع تعود النتائج إلى زيارة المريض نفسها عندك.When an order includes a test done elsewhere, the referral is created automatically as a signed file that travels with the tubes on a USB stick or over WhatsApp, or is sent through the LabSyria hub when the laboratory is connected. The reference laboratory receives it as a visit of its own, and when it signs, the results return to the same patient visit at your laboratory.

بوابة أجهزة على حاسوب في شبكة المختبر تستقبل نتائج الكيمياء والدم والمناعة وغازات الدم وتطابقها مع الأنبوب.An analyser gateway on a PC in the laboratory's network receives chemistry, haematology, immunoassay and blood-gas results and matches them to the tube.
النتائج والاعتمادResults and release
مجال مرجعي بوحدة النتيجة نفسها، إشارات واضحة، مراجعة واعتماد باسم، وتعديل بعد الاعتماد يحفظ النسخة الأولى ويقول إنه تعديل.A reference range in the unit of the result itself, clear flags, review and release under a name, and an amendment after release that keeps the first version and says it is an amendment.

هل يحتاج النظام إلى إنترنت؟Does the system need the internet?
لا. يعمل النظام كاملاً على حاسوب المختبر، ويستخدم الإنترنت فقط حين يتوفر: لمزامنة الإحالات عبر المركز، وللتحديثات، ولصفحة نتائج المرضى إن أردت نشرها. الاستقبال والنتائج والتقارير والحسابات لا تتوقف حين ينقطع الاتصال.No. The whole system runs on the laboratory's own PC and uses the internet only when it is there: to sync referrals through the hub, for updates, and for the patient results page if you choose to publish it. Reception, results, reports and accounts carry on when the connection drops.

ملف تنصيب واحد على حاسوب عادي بنظام ويندوز، ثم معالج إعداد بالعربية يسأل عن هوية المختبر والمستخدم الأول والطابعات والنسخ الاحتياطي. معظم المختبرات تسجّل أول مريض خلال ساعة من بدء التنصيب.One setup file on an ordinary Windows PC, then an Arabic setup wizard that asks for the laboratory's identity, the first user, the printers and the backup folder. Most laboratories register their first patient within an hour of starting.
هل يعمل مع أجهزتي الحالية؟Does it work with my current analysers?

على قرص حاسوب المختبر نفسه، مع نسخة احتياطية مشفّرة كل ليلة في المجلد الذي تختاره. لا تُرسل أي بيانات مرضى خارج المختبر. الإحصاء الأسبوعي الاختياري الذي يصل إلى لاب سوريا يحمل أرقاماً وأسماء أجهزة وفحوص فقط، ويمكن إيقافه بزر.On the laboratory PC's own disk, with an encrypted backup every night in the folder you choose. No patient data leaves the laboratory. The optional weekly census that reaches LabSyria carries numbers and the names of analysers and tests only, and can be switched off with one button.
كيف يستلم المريض نتائجه؟How does a patient receive results?
على الإيصال رمز استعلام ورمز QR. يفتح المريض صفحة النتائج من هاتفه بالرمز وتاريخ ميلاده، أو يمسح الرمز المطبوع على التقرير الورقي فيكفيه تاريخ الميلاد. يرى النتائج بعد اعتمادها، ويفتح التقرير ويحفظه ويشاركه مع طبيبه.The receipt carries a retrieval code and a QR code. The patient opens the results page on a phone with the code and date of birth, or scans the code printed on the paper report, where the date of birth alone is enough. They see the results once signed, and open, save and share the report with their doctor.
هل يناسب المختبر المرجعي الذي يستقبل عيّنات من مختبرات أخرى؟Does it suit a reference laboratory that receives specimens from others?
نعم. التنصيب نفسه يعمل بدور المختبر أو المختبر المرجعي. المختبر المرجعي يستقبل الإحالة كزيارة خاصة به، وتعود نتائجه إلى زيارة المريض في المختبر المرسِل، وتُحاسَب المختبرات فيما بينها بكشف شهري يطابقه الطرفان.Yes. The same setup runs in the laboratory role or the reference-laboratory role. The reference laboratory receives the referral as a visit of its own, its results return to the patient's visit at the sending laboratory, and the laboratories settle between themselves on a monthly statement both sides check.
ماذا عن نقل بياناتي من النظام القديم؟What about moving my data from the old system?
يستورد النظام المرضى والأطباء المحيلين والنتائج السابقة والأرصدة الافتتاحية من ملفات Excel أو CSV بعناوين عربية أو إنكليزية. المعاينة تسمّي كل صف فيه مشكلة قبل أي استيراد.The system imports patients, referring doctors, historical results and opening balances from Excel or CSV files with Arabic or English headers. The preview names every problem row before anything is imported.

كم مستخدماً يمكن أن يعمل عليه؟How many users can work on it?
حساب لكل فرد من الفريق باسمه وصلاحياته، على أي عدد من الحواسيب والهواتف في شبكة المختبر. الحساب المشترك غير موجود في النظام أصلاً، لأن التوقيع باسم هو أساس المسؤولية.An account for each member of the team in their own name with their own permissions, on any number of PCs and phones on the laboratory's network. A shared account does not exist in the system, because a signature with a name is the basis of responsibility.
ما الطابعات التي أحتاجها؟Which printers do I need?
طابعة A4 للتقارير وطابعة ملصقات حرارية للأنابيب. أي طابعة يعرفها ويندوز تعمل، والتقرير يُطبع أو يُحفظ PDF أو يُرسل إلى المريض.An A4 printer for reports and a thermal label printer for tubes. Any printer Windows knows will work, and the report can be printed, saved as PDF or sent to the patient.
كيف تصل التحديثات؟How do updates arrive?
ملف تنصيب جديد يُطبَّق حين يختار المختبر، وبياناته تبقى في مكانها. مع كل إصدار يُنشر سجل تغييرات بالعربية والإنكليزية يقول ما الذي تغيّر وما الذي أُصلح.A new setup file applied when the laboratory chooses, with its data left in place. Every release comes with Arabic and English release notes saying what changed and what was fixed.
من يملك البيانات؟Who owns the data?
المختبر. البيانات على حاسوبه، وملف النسخة الاحتياطية ملفه، ويستطيع تصدير سجلاته في أي وقت. إلغاء التنصيب يزيل البرنامج ويُبقي بيانات المختبر.The laboratory. The data is on its own PC, the backup file is its file, and it can export its records at any time. Uninstalling removes the program and leaves the laboratory's data in place.
ماذا لو تعطّل الحاسوب؟What if the PC fails?
تُنصَّب نسخة جديدة على حاسوب آخر وتُستعاد النسخة الاحتياطية بأمر واحد، فيعود المختبر إلى حيث توقّف في الليلة السابقة. لهذا ننصح بأن تكون النسخة على قرص خارجي أو حاسوب ثانٍ.A new copy is installed on another PC and the backup is restored with one command, so the laboratory is back to where it stopped the night before. That is why we advise keeping the backup on an external disk or a second PC.
هل يناسب مختبراً بأكثر من فرع؟Does it suit a laboratory with more than one branch?
نعم. يعمل كل فرع بنظامه على حاسوبه فلا يتوقف حين ينقطع الاتصال، والإحالات بين الفروع والمختبر المرجعي تمرّ حين يتوفر الإنترنت، بمتابعة العيّنة والنتيجة والسعر.Yes. Each branch runs its own system on its own PC so it never stops when the connection drops, and referrals between branches and the reference laboratory pass when the internet is there, with the specimen, result and price followed.
هل التقارير بالعربية والإنكليزية؟Are the reports in Arabic and English?
نعم. التقرير ثنائي اللغة بشعار المختبر واسمه، ويحمل اسم من اعتمده ووقت الاعتماد ورمز تحقق. المجالات المرجعية تظهر بوحدة النتيجة نفسها.Yes. The report is bilingual with the laboratory's logo and name, and carries the name of who released it, the time, and a verification code. Reference ranges appear in the unit of the result itself.
هل يساعد في ترخيص المختبر والتفتيش؟Does it help with licensing and inspection?
السجلات التي يسأل عنها التفتيش موجودة في النظام من اليوم الأول: ضبط الجودة بإجراءاته، كفاءة العاملين، سجل الأعطال والصيانة، سجل عدم المطابقة، وسجل التدقيق. لوحة الجاهزية تعدّ ما هو موجود وما ينقص.The records an inspection asks about are in the system from day one: quality control with its actions, staff competency, the fault and maintenance log, non-conformities and the audit trail. The readiness board counts what exists and what is missing.
LIS أم LIMS؟ ما الفرق، وأيّهما هذا؟LIS or LIMS? What is the difference, and which is this?
في المختبر الطبي يُستعمل الاسمان لمعنى واحد تقريباً: نظام معلومات المختبر الذي يدير المريض والطلب والعيّنة والنتيجة والتقرير. يُقال LIS للمختبر الطبي، وLIMS أكثر في مختبرات الصناعة والبحث. هذا النظام نظام معلومات مختبر طبي بالمعنى الكامل، مع نظام جودة ووحدة بحث اختيارية.In the medical laboratory the two names mean nearly the same thing: the laboratory information system that manages the patient, the order, the specimen, the result and the report. LIS is the usual term for the medical laboratory, LIMS more for industrial and research laboratories. This system is a medical laboratory information system in the full sense, with a quality system and an optional research module.
هل يحتاج الفريق إلى تدريب طويل؟Does the team need long training?
الاستقبال يتعلّم الطلب والإيصال في ساعة، والفني يتعلّم النتائج والضبط في يوم. فريق لاب سوريا يدرّب في المختبر أو عن بعد، ودليل مستخدم عربي داخل النظام يعمل من دون إنترنت.Reception learns the order and the receipt in an hour, and the technologist learns results and quality control in a day. The LabSyria team trains in the laboratory or remotely, and an Arabic user guide inside the system works without the internet.
هل يمكن تجربته على بيانات حقيقية قبل القرار؟Can I try it on real data before deciding?
