نتيجة التدقيق هي حصيلة مقارنة الأدلة التي جُمعت أثناء التدقيق مع المتطلبات، وقد تكون مطابقة أو عدم مطابقة أو فرصة للتحسين. عبارة مثل غياب توقيع المراجعة على نتائج الكونترول لأسبوعين تمثل نتيجة تدقيق تُسجَّل ويُحدد لها إجراء وموعد إغلاق.
Definition
An audit finding is the result of comparing evidence collected during an audit against the requirements, and it can show conformity, a nonconformity or an opportunity for improvement. A statement such as QC results unsigned for two weeks is a finding that is recorded and given an action and a closing date.
