التعريف
نظام إدارة الجودة هو مجموعة السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات والسجلات التي يوجّه بها المختبر عمله ويضبطه في جانب الجودة، وفق ما تطلبه المواصفة ISO 15189:2022. يربط النظام بين ضبط الوثائق والتدقيق والشكاوى والإجراءات التصحيحية، فيصبح كل خطأ فرصةً موثّقة للتحسين وليس حادثةً تُنسى.
Definition
A quality management system is the set of policies, processes, procedures and records a laboratory uses to direct and control its work with regard to quality, as required by ISO 15189:2022. It links document control, audits, complaints and corrective action, so each error is recorded and used to improve the service instead of being forgotten.
