التعريف
الإجراء التصحيحي هو إجراء لإزالة سبب عدم مطابقة وقعت فعلاً ومنع تكرارها. إذا تكرر رفض عينات التخثر لنقص الحجم، فالإجراء التصحيحي قد يكون تدريب فريق السحب وتغيير نوع الأنبوب، ثم متابعة نسبة الرفض للتأكد من فعالية الإجراء.
Definition
Corrective action is action to eliminate the cause of a nonconformity that has occurred and to prevent it recurring. If coagulation samples keep being rejected for underfilling, corrective action might be retraining the collection team and changing tube type, then tracking the rejection rate to confirm the action worked.
