التحسين المستمر هو نشاط متكرر لرفع أداء المختبر، يعتمد على البيانات من مؤشرات الجودة والتدقيق والشكاوى والتقييم الخارجي. مثاله أن يلاحظ المختبر ارتفاع زمن التسليم صباحاً، فيعيد توزيع المناوبات ويقيس الأثر في الشهر التالي، وهو متطلب صريح في ISO 15189:2022.
Definition
Continual improvement is recurring activity to raise laboratory performance, driven by data from quality indicators, audits, complaints and external quality assessment. For example, a lab sees morning turnaround times rising, reorganises the shifts and measures the effect the following month. ISO 15189:2022 requires it explicitly.
