الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية هي النظام الذي يسجل فيه المختبر كل مشكلة، ويحلل سببها الجذري، ويحدد الإجراء والمسؤول والموعد، ثم يتحقق من فعالية الإجراء قبل إغلاق الملف. سجل واحد منظم لهذه الإجراءات يسهّل على المدقق أن يرى كيف يتعلم المختبر من أخطائه.
Definition
Corrective and preventive action is the system in which a laboratory logs each problem, analyses its root cause, assigns an action, owner and deadline, then checks the action was effective before closing the case. Keeping one organised CAPA log lets an assessor see how the lab learns from its mistakes.
