التعريف
الزمن بين نقطتين محددتين في مسار التحليل، وغالباً من استلام العينة حتى إصدار النتيجة، أو من الطلب حتى التقرير. يحدد كل مختبر أهدافاً لزمن الإنجاز بحسب التحليل ودرجة الاستعجال ويراقبها مؤشراً للجودة. مثلاً يكون هدف تحليل البوتاسيوم الإسعافي أقصر من هدف تحليل الشحوم الروتيني.
Definition
The time between two defined points in the testing process, most often from sample receipt to result release, or from request to report. Each lab sets TAT targets by test and priority and monitors them as a quality indicator. For example, an emergency potassium has a shorter target than a routine lipid profile.
