التعريف
إتاحة النتائج المعتمدة للجهة الطالبة، سواء بتقرير مطبوع أو نقل إلكتروني أو بوابة للمرضى. يجب أن تمنع قواعد الإصدار خروج أي نتيجة غير مراجعة من المختبر. إذا صدرت نتيجة ثم تبين أنها خاطئة، يصدر المختبر تقريراً مصححاً ويبلغ الطبيب.
Definition
Making authorized results available to the requester, whether by printed report, electronic transfer or a patient portal. Release rules should stop unreviewed results from leaving the lab. When a released result is later found to be wrong, the lab issues a corrected report and informs the clinician.
