التعريف
الوثيقة التي تنقل النتائج إلى الجهة الطالبة. يحدد ISO 15189 محتواها الإلزامي، ومنه معرّفات المريض واسم المختبر ونوع العينة ووقت الجمع ووقت التقرير والنتائج بوحداتها ومجالاتها المرجعية واسم من أصدرها. التنسيق الواضح يقلل سوء القراءة، مثل تعليم القيم غير الطبيعية.
Definition
The document that carries results to the requester. ISO 15189 lists its required content, including patient identifiers, the lab name, specimen type, collection and report times, results with units and reference intervals, and the name of the person who released it. A clear layout, such as flagging abnormal values, reduces misreading.
