تقرير يعاد إصداره مع معلومات مضافة أو معدلة لم تكن خطأ في الأصل، مثل نتيجة متأخرة أو تعليق تفسيري إضافي أو معلومات سريرية محدثة. ويجب كما في التقرير المصحح أن يُعرَّف بأنه معدل وأن يُحتفظ بالأصل في السجلات. يستخدم المختبر المصطلحين بطريقة متسقة.
Definition
A report reissued with added or changed information that was not an error in the original, such as a late result, an extra interpretive comment or updated clinical details. Like a corrected report, it must be identified as revised and the original kept on record. The lab should use the two terms consistently.
