تقييم الموردين هو اختيار موردي الكواشف والأجهزة والخدمات ومراقبة أدائهم وفق معايير موثقة، كما تطلب ISO 15189:2022 للخدمات والمستلزمات الخارجية. يشمل مثلاً تسجيل الشحنات التي وصلت خارج سلسلة التبريد أو قريبة من انتهاء الصلاحية، واستخدام ذلك عند تجديد التعاقد.
Definition
Supplier evaluation is selecting suppliers of reagents, instruments and services and monitoring their performance against documented criteria, as ISO 15189:2022 requires for externally provided products and services. It includes, for example, logging deliveries that arrived outside the cold chain or close to expiry and using that record when the contract is renewed.
