غرفة التبريد المجهزة بأنظمة مراقبة وضبط الحرارة مستودع مبرد تُحفظ فيه الكواشف ومواد الضبط عادة بين 2 و8 درجات مئوية، مع تسجيل مستمر للحرارة وإنذار عند الخروج عن المجال. تسمح السجلات بإثبات أن المواد حُفظت وفق شروط المصنع، وأي خروج عن المجال يستوجب تقييم صلاحية المواد قبل استعمالها.
