طريقة تقيس سرعة تغير الامتصاصية عبر عدة قراءات أثناء سير التفاعل. تُقاس بها فعالية الإنزيمات مثل ALT وAST وCK، ويطلق الجهاز إنذاراً عند نفاد الركازة حين يفقد معدل التغير خطيته، فتُمدد العينة ويُعاد تمريرها.
Definition
A method that measures the rate of change in absorbance over several readings while the reaction proceeds. Enzyme activities such as ALT, AST and CK are measured this way, and the analyzer flags substrate depletion when the rate stops being linear, so the sample is diluted and rerun.
