التعريف
طريقة يُترك فيها التفاعل حتى يكتمل ثم تُقرأ الامتصاصية بعد استقرار الإشارة، مرة واحدة أو قبل التفاعل وبعده. تعمل بهذا الأسلوب طرق كثيرة للغلوكوز والكوليسترول والبروتين الكلي، والقراءة المبكرة قبل اكتمال التفاعل تعطي نتائج منخفضة.
Definition
A method in which the reaction is allowed to run to completion and the absorbance is read once the signal is stable, either once or before and after the reaction. Many glucose, cholesterol and total protein methods work this way, and reading before the reaction is complete gives low results.
