مقايسة مناعية يصدر واسمها ضوءاً عبر تفاعل كيميائي، ويُقاس الضوء بمقياس الإضاءة. تتميز بحساسية عالية ومجال قياس واسع، وهي مبدأ كثير من الأجهزة الآلية لتحاليل هرمونات الدرق والخصوبة والواسمات الورمية وفيتامين D.
