مقايسة مناعية سريعة على شريط تنتقل فيها العينة بالخاصة الشعرية فوق أضداد موسومة حتى خط التحليل وخط الكونترول. تعمل بهذا الشكل تحاليل الحمل والملاريا وبعض تحاليل التروبونين السريعة، وغياب خط الكونترول يجعل النتيجة غير صالحة.
Definition
A rapid immunoassay on a strip in which the sample moves by capillary flow over labelled antibodies to a test line and a control line. Pregnancy, malaria and some rapid troponin tests use this format, and a missing control line makes the result invalid.
