المواصفة ISO 15189:2022 هي المعيار الدولي لمتطلبات الجودة والكفاءة في المختبرات الطبية، وتستخدمها جهات الاعتماد أساساً لاعتماد المختبرات. ركّز إصدار 2022 على إدارة المخاطر ومصلحة المريض، وضمّ متطلبات تحاليل نقطة الرعاية التي كانت في ISO 22870، وانتهت الفترة الانتقالية من إصدار 2012 في كانون الأول 2025.
Definition
ISO 15189:2022 is the international standard for quality and competence requirements in medical laboratories, used by accreditation bodies as the basis for accrediting labs. The 2022 edition puts more weight on risk management and the patient, absorbed the point-of-care testing requirements previously in ISO 22870, and the transition from the 2012 edition ended in December 2025.
