الإجراء التصحيحي بعد إخفاق ضبط الجودة سلسلة خطوات موثقة تُتخذ عند رفض الكونترول: تحديد القاعدة المخالَفة، ثم إيجاد السبب وإصلاحه (الكاشف أو المعايرة أو الجهاز أو مادة الضبط)، ثم التأكد بتمرير كونترول جديد، وتقييم نتائج المرضى الصادرة منذ آخر كونترول مقبول. تُوثق كل خطوة ليتمكن المقيّمون من تتبع القرار.
Definition
Corrective action after QC failure is the documented sequence of steps taken when QC is rejected: identify the rule broken, find and fix the cause (reagent, calibration, instrument or control material), confirm with new controls, and assess patient results released since the last acceptable QC. Each step is recorded so assessors can trace the decision.
