مواصفة الأداء التحليلي هي مستوى الأداء المطلوب من التحليل في الانحياز أو عدم الإحكام أو الخطأ الكلي ليكون مفيداً سريرياً. حدد إجماع ميلانو عام 2014 ثلاثة نماذج لوضعها: النتائج السريرية، والتباين البيولوجي، وأفضل ما تتيحه التقنية، وعلى المختبر أن يوثق النموذج المعتمد لكل تحليل.
Definition
An analytical performance specification is the level of performance, for bias, imprecision or total error, that a test must reach to be clinically useful. The 2014 Milan consensus defines three models for setting it: clinical outcome, biological variation and state of the art, and the laboratory should record which model it used for each test.
