التعريف
الإجراء الموثق للحصول على العينة من المريض، ويشمل التحقق من الهوية والتحضير واختيار الوعاء والجمع نفسه وتسجيل اسم من جمعها ووقت الجمع. يشترط ISO 15189 توفير تعليمات الجمع لكل من يجمع العينات، ومنهم ممرضو العيادات الذين يسحبون عينات لصالح المختبر.
Definition
The documented procedure of obtaining a specimen from the patient, including identification, preparation, choice of container, the collection itself and recording the collector and time. ISO 15189 requires collection instructions to be available to all collectors, including clinic nurses who draw samples for the lab.
