المسؤول العلمي شخص مسمى يتحمل المسؤولية عن دقة المحتوى العلمي في تطبيق الصحة الإلكتروني، بموجب القرار التنظيمي لوزارة الصحة السورية رقم 24/ت. إذا عرض التطبيق نتائج التحاليل أو شروحًا عنها، فهذا الشخص مسؤول عن صحة ما يُعرض على المستخدم.
Definition
The scientific officer is a named person responsible for the accuracy of the scientific content of an e-health application under Syrian Ministry of Health Regulatory Decision 24/T. If the application shows test results or explanations of them, this person answers for the correctness of what users see.
