التعريف
إدارة المخاطر هي التطبيق المنهجي للسياسات والإجراءات على تحليل المخاطر وتقييمها والتحكم بها ومراقبتها، وتفصّلها المواصفة ISO 22367 للمختبرات الطبية. تطلب ISO 15189:2022 أن يحدد المختبر المخاطر التي قد تضر بالمرضى، مثل خلط العينات أو تعطل الجهاز الوحيد، ويعالجها قبل وقوعها.
Definition
Risk management is the systematic application of policies and procedures to analysing, evaluating, controlling and monitoring risk, described for medical laboratories in ISO 22367. ISO 15189:2022 requires the lab to identify risks that could harm patients, such as specimen mix-ups or failure of its only analyzer, and to address them before they occur.
