السجل وثيقة تثبت نتائج تم تحقيقها أو أنشطة تم تنفيذها، مثل ورقة تسجيل درجة حرارة البراد أو نتائج الكونترول اليومية أو محضر الصيانة. يختلف عن الإجراء بأنه لا يُعدَّل بعد كتابته، وأي تصحيح فيه يُظهر القيمة الأصلية واسم من صحّحها وتاريخ التصحيح.
Definition
A record is a document that states results achieved or provides evidence of activities performed, such as a fridge temperature log, daily control results or a maintenance report. Unlike a procedure it is not revised after the fact, and any correction must leave the original entry visible with the name of the person and the date.
