التعريف
إعادة المعايرة هي تكرار المعايرة لتصحيح العلاقة بين الإشارة والتركيز بعد تغيّر ظروف القياس. أسبابها المعتادة دفعة كاشف جديدة أو انتهاء فاصل المعايرة أو تحول في الكونترول، ويجب تمرير الكونترول بعدها وقبوله قبل إصدار أي نتيجة للمرضى.
Definition
Recalibration is repeating calibration to correct the signal-to-concentration relationship after measuring conditions have changed. Usual triggers are a new reagent lot, an expired calibration interval or a QC shift, and controls must be run and pass before any patient result is released.
