التعريف
إعادة الحل هي إضافة حجم محدد من الماء أو المذيب إلى مادة مجففة، مثل كونترول أو معايِر، لإعادتها إلى شكلها السائل. يجب اتباع النشرة بدقة في نوع الماء والحجم ومدة الانتظار وطريقة المزج، فالرج العنيف مثلاً قد يفسد البروتينات ويغير النتائج.
Definition
Reconstitution is adding a stated volume of water or diluent to a dried material, such as a control or calibrator, to return it to liquid form. The insert must be followed exactly for water type, volume, standing time and mixing, since vigorous shaking, for example, can damage proteins and alter results.
