دليل الجودة هو الوثيقة التي تصف نظام إدارة الجودة في المختبر، ويتضمن عادةً سياسة الجودة والهيكل التنظيمي والمسؤوليات والإحالة إلى الإجراءات الأساسية. لم تعد ISO 15189:2022 تشترط وجوده باسمه، لكن كثيراً من المختبرات تحتفظ به لأنه أول ما يقرؤه المدقق والموظف الجديد.
Definition
The quality manual is the document that describes the laboratory's quality management system, usually containing the quality policy, organisation chart, responsibilities and references to the main procedures. ISO 15189:2022 no longer requires a document by that name, but many labs keep one because it is the first thing an assessor or a new employee reads.
