مدير الجودة هو الموظف المكلف بالإشراف على نظام إدارة الجودة يومياً، من ضبط الوثائق وتنظيم التدقيق الداخلي إلى متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية وإعداد مراجعة الإدارة. في المختبر الصغير قد يجمع الفني الأقدم هذا الدور مع عمله، بشرط أن تكون المهام والصلاحيات مكتوبة.
Definition
The quality manager is the staff member responsible for running the quality management system day to day, from document control and internal audits to tracking corrective actions and preparing management review. In a small laboratory the senior technician may hold this role alongside bench work, provided the duties and authority are written down.
