الإجراء الوقائي هو إجراء لإزالة سبب عدم مطابقة محتملة قبل أن تقع. في ISO 15189:2022 حلّ التفكير القائم على المخاطر محل البند المستقل للإجراء الوقائي، ومثاله تركيب مولد احتياطي للبراد قبل موسم انقطاع الكهرباء لحماية الكواشف.
Definition
Preventive action is action to eliminate the cause of a potential nonconformity before it happens. In ISO 15189:2022 risk-based thinking has replaced the separate preventive action clause, and a typical example is fitting a backup power supply to the reagent fridge before the season of power cuts.
