الدليل الموضوعي هو بيانات تثبت وجود شيء أو صحته، مثل سجل أو وثيقة أو ملاحظة مباشرة أو نتيجة قياس. في التدقيق لا يكفي قول الفني إنه يجري الصيانة يومياً، فالمطلوب سجل الصيانة الموقّع بالتواريخ.
Definition
Objective evidence is data showing that something exists or is true, such as a record, a document, a direct observation or a measurement result. In an audit a technician saying maintenance is done daily is not enough, and the assessor will ask for the signed, dated maintenance log.
