التعريف
الحياد هو وجود الموضوعية في عمل المختبر، أي ألا تؤثر المصالح المالية أو التجارية أو الشخصية على النتائج. تطلب ISO 15189:2022 أن يحدد المختبر مخاطر الحياد، مثل حوافز من مورد كواشف أو ضغط من طبيب محيل لتعديل نتيجة، ويعالجها.
Definition
Impartiality is the presence of objectivity in laboratory work, meaning financial, commercial or personal interests do not influence results. ISO 15189:2022 requires the lab to identify threats to impartiality, such as incentives from a reagent supplier or pressure from a referring doctor to change a result, and to deal with them.
