مقايسة مناعية يُثبت فيها المستضد أو الضد على حفرة صفيحة، ويحول واسم إنزيمي الركازة إلى ناتج ملون يُقرأ بجهاز ضوئي. تُستعمل كثيراً لتحاليل التهاب الكبد وفيروس HIV والهرمونات على صفائح من 96 حفرة، ودقة الغسل والتوقيت تحدد جودة النتائج.
Definition
An immunoassay in which antigen or antibody is fixed to a plate well and an enzyme label converts a substrate into a coloured product read by a photometer. It is widely used for hepatitis, HIV and hormone tests on 96-well plates, and careful washing and timing decide result quality.
