تعليمات العمل وثيقة قصيرة ومفصّلة تصف مهمة واحدة عند نقطة العمل، وتكون عادةً أضيق من الإجراء التشغيلي الموحد. مثال ذلك بطاقة معلّقة بجانب جهاز الغازات تشرح تبديل خرطوشة الكواشف أو خطوات الصيانة اليومية، وتخضع لضبط الوثائق مثل أي إجراء آخر.
Definition
A work instruction is a short, detailed document describing a single task at the point of work, usually narrower than a standard operating procedure. An example is a card beside the blood gas analyzer showing how to change the reagent cartridge or perform daily maintenance, and it is subject to document control like any procedure.
