الأداء غير المقبول نتيجة في التقييم الخارجي أو اختبار الكفاءة تقع خارج حدود القبول في البرنامج، كدرجة z تتجاوز ±3. يجب التعامل معها كعدم مطابقة، مع تحليل السبب الجذري واتخاذ إجراء تصحيحي ومراجعة نتائج المرضى الصادرة في الفترة نفسها.
Definition
Unacceptable performance is an EQA or proficiency testing result that falls outside the scheme's acceptance limits, for example a z-score beyond ±3. It must be handled as a nonconformity, with root cause analysis, corrective action and review of patient results issued in the same period.
