التعريف

الطلب الورقي أو الإلكتروني لإجراء التحاليل. يجب وفق ISO 15189 أن يتضمن معرّفات المريض والجهة الطالبة والتحاليل ونوع العينة وتاريخ الجمع ووقته والمعلومات السريرية ذات الصلة. للمعلومات السريرية أهمية، فمعرفة أن المريض يتناول الوارفارين تفسر إطالة زمن البروثرومبين.

Definition

The paper or electronic request for laboratory tests. Under ISO 15189 it should include patient identifiers, the requester, the tests, the specimen type, the collection date and time and relevant clinical information. Clinical details matter, for example knowing a patient takes warfarin explains a prolonged PT.
