المعايرة أحادية النقطة معايرة تستعمل معايِراً واحداً مع الماء أو الناصع كنقطة صفر، على افتراض أن العلاقة بين الإشارة والتركيز خطية وتمر بالصفر. تناسب كثيراً من تحاليل الكيمياء مثل الغلوكوز واليوريا، لكنها لا تكفي للطرق غير الخطية كالمقايسات المناعية.
Definition
Single-point calibration uses one calibrator with water or a blank as the zero point, assuming a linear signal-to-concentration relationship through zero. It suits many chemistry tests such as glucose and urea, but it is not adequate for non-linear methods such as immunoassays.
