حل الكاشف المجفف بالتجميد بالحجم والنوع الدقيقين من السائل الذي تحدده الشركة. تُستعمل ماصة معايرة، ويُمزج المحلول بلطف دون رغوة، ويُنتظر الزمن المحدد، لأن خطأ بضعة بالمئة في الحجم يزيح كل النتائج بالنسبة نفسها.

Dissolving a lyophilized (freeze-dried) reagent with the exact volume and type of liquid stated by the manufacturer. Use a calibrated pipette, mix gently without foaming and wait the stated time, because a volume error of a few percent shifts every result by the same proportion.
