التحقق من دفعة الكاشف هو تمرير عدد من عينات المرضى والكونترول على الدفعة القديمة والجديدة معاً قبل اعتماد الجديدة، ومقارنة الفرق بحدود مقبولة محددة مسبقاً. يوصي دليل CLSI EP26 بعينات المرضى لأن الكونترول قد لا يكشف الفرق بسبب تأثير المصفوفة.
Definition
Reagent lot verification is running patient samples and controls on both the old and new lots before putting the new lot into use, then comparing the differences with predefined limits. CLSI EP26 recommends patient samples because controls may miss the difference through matrix effects.
