سياسة الجودة هي البيان الرسمي الذي تعلن فيه إدارة المختبر نواياها واتجاهها العام في ما يخص الجودة، ويتضمن الالتزام بالممارسة المهنية الجيدة والامتثال للمواصفة والتحسين المستمر. تُعرض عادةً في دليل الجودة ويجب أن يعرفها كل موظف، ومنها تُشتق أهداف الجودة القابلة للقياس.
Definition
The quality policy is the formal statement in which laboratory management declares its intentions and direction regarding quality, including commitment to good professional practice, compliance with the standard and continual improvement. It usually sits in the quality manual, every staff member should know it, and measurable quality objectives are derived from it.
