التعريف
مصطلح في ISO 15189 يعني الجزء من سائل الجسم أو النسيج الذي جُمع أصلاً من المريض قبل أي معالجة مثل الطرد المركزي أو التقسيم. تبدأ إمكانية التتبع من هنا، إذ تحمل العينة الأولية بيانات هوية المريض، ويجب أن ترتبط بها كل عينة فرعية وكل نتيجة.
Definition
ISO 15189 term for the portion of body fluid or tissue originally collected from the patient, before any processing such as centrifugation or aliquoting. Traceability starts here: the primary tube carries the patient identifiers, and every aliquot or result must be linkable back to it.
