أعمال تنظيف وفحص للقطع واستبدال لها تُجرى على الجهاز بجدول محدد لمنع الأعطال، وفق برنامج الشركة اليومي والأسبوعي والدوري. يطلب معيار ISO 15189:2022 تخطيط هذه الأعمال وتسجيلها، وإهمال غسل الإبرة أو تغيير المصباح يظهر لاحقاً غالباً كانجراف في الكونترول.
Definition
Scheduled cleaning, inspection and part replacement carried out on an instrument to prevent failures, following the manufacturer's daily, weekly and periodic schedule. ISO 15189:2022 expects these tasks to be planned and recorded, and a missed probe wash or lamp change often shows up later as QC drift.
