التسلسل الموصى به لملء الأنابيب خلال بزل وريدي واحد، وغايته منع انتقال المواد المضافة من أنبوب إلى آخر. يحدد معيار CLSI GP41 الترتيب التالي: زرع الدم ثم السترات ثم المصل ثم الهيبارين ثم EDTA ثم الفلورايد. سحب أنبوب EDTA قبل أنبوب المصل قد يرفع البوتاسيوم ويخفض الكالسيوم زيفاً.
Definition
The recommended sequence for filling tubes during one venipuncture, designed to stop additives carrying over from one tube to the next. CLSI GP41 gives blood culture, citrate, serum, heparin, EDTA and then fluoride. Drawing EDTA before a serum tube can falsely raise potassium and lower calcium.
