مراجعة الإدارة اجتماع دوري موثق تراجع فيه إدارة المختبر ملاءمة نظام الجودة وفعاليته، اعتماداً على نتائج التدقيق والتقييم الخارجي والشكاوى ومؤشرات الجودة. تُخرج المراجعة قرارات واضحة، مثل شراء جهاز احتياطي أو تغيير مورد، مع مسؤول وموعد لكل قرار.
Definition
Management review is a documented periodic meeting where laboratory management checks that the quality system remains suitable and effective, using audit results, external quality assessment, complaints and quality indicators. It produces clear decisions, such as buying a backup analyzer or changing a supplier, each with an owner and a deadline.
