لائحة الاتحاد الأوروبي 2017/746 الخاصة بأجهزة التشخيص المخبري، حلت محل التوجيه السابق وبدأ تطبيقها في أيار 2022 مع فترات انتقالية متدرجة. تصنف الأجهزة في فئات خطورة من A إلى D وتطلب أدلة سريرية أكثر ومراجعة من جهة مبلغة، وهذا يؤثر في الأطقم التي تبقى متاحة من الموردين الأوروبيين.
Definition
EU Regulation 2017/746 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices, which replaced the earlier IVD Directive and has applied since May 2022 with staged transition periods. It sorts devices into risk classes A to D and demands more clinical evidence and notified body review, which affects which kits stay available from European suppliers.
