التعريف

تقرير يعرض نتيجة المريض الحالية بجانب نتائجه السابقة للتحليل نفسه، غالباً في جدول أو منحنى. يساعد الطبيب على رؤية التغير مع الزمن، مثل انخفاض الهيموغلوبين أو ارتفاع الكرياتينين. يعتمد على ثبات تعريف المريض وعلى بقاء الوحدات والطرق قابلة للمقارنة.

Definition
