التعريف
الكفاءة هي القدرة المثبتة على تطبيق المعرفة والمهارات لتحقيق نتائج مقصودة، وتطلب ISO 15189:2022 أن تكون موثقة لكل موظف في كل مهمة يؤديها. الشهادة الجامعية وحدها لا تثبت أن الفني يستطيع قراءة لطاخة دم أو التعامل مع فشل الكونترول.
Definition
Competence is the demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results, and ISO 15189:2022 requires it to be documented for each person in each task they perform. A university degree alone does not show that a technician can read a blood smear or handle a failed QC run.
